What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, public website and intended visitor action. We use these details to respond to your request, agree a service and keep a record of correspondence. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or your customers' details.

Your enquiry is stored on our restricted server hosted by Hostinger in Lithuania. We do not sell enquiry details or use this form to subscribe you to marketing. This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party fonts.

Retention and requests

Unconverted enquiries are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing conversation. If you become a client, we explain the service records we need to retain separately. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry or to withdraw permission to contact you. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

The web server records technical access data for operation and abuse protection. The enquiry service uses a temporary rate-limit identifier without storing your IP address in the enquiry record.
